The list interest rate on fixed-rate mortgages will be increased by up to 0.25 percentage points.
"The uncertain situation and volatility in the financial markets remain. Geopolitical tensions, higher energy and commodity prices and changed expectations for future policy rates have contributed to the rise in long-term market interest rates," says Nicklas Ilebrand, head of Retail Markets at Danske Bank Sweden, in a written comment.
The variable mortgage interest rate is unchanged.
Listed interest rates are regularly significantly higher than the actual average interest rates that customers pay.
