Swedbank is lowering mortgage interest rates for one- to three-year terms by 0.15 percentage points. For two-year mortgages, the interest rate will be 3.34 percent. For four- to ten-year mortgages, the interest rate will be lowered by 0.20 percentage points.
Danske Bank is lowering the interest rate for two- to five-year loans by 0.10 percentage points. For two-year loans, the interest rate will be 3.26 percent. Six- and ten-year loans will be lowered by 0.15 percentage points. The interest rate on so-called variable mortgages and on mortgages with a one-year maturity will be left unchanged.
