Ten members of the criminal gang Bandidos have been arrested in Denmark, according to a press release from the Danish police.
This took place at an inn in the village of Sejet east of Horsens. The background to the arrest is that the Danish police last May introduced a temporary ban on Bandidos, a decision that is now being tried in the district court in Helsingør.
"We have been able to establish that a number of people from several different parts of the country who we believe are leading members of Bandidos MC in Denmark have had fixed meetings on the first Tuesday of the month", says Vice Police Inspector Lars Feldt-Rasmussen according to the press release from the Danish National Police, NSK.
The district court in Glostrup will on Wednesday take a stance on whether the men should be detained.
