Danish company wins bid for Schenker

Danish transport company DSV buys German industry colleague Schenker in a deal that values the German company at 14.3 billion euro, or approximately 160 billion kronor.

The deal is financed by DSV with equity capital and new loans.

The seller is German railway company Deutsche Bahn.
