Dan Brown's best-selling books, such as "The Da Vinci Code", "Angels and Demons", and "Inferno", have been translated into 56 languages and sold over 250 million copies worldwide. Just in time for the Book Fair, his new book "The Ultimate Secret" is coming out, and the visit will be his first in Sweden.
"I'm really looking forward to meeting my Swedish readers and thanking them personally for reading my books over the years. And to talking to them about my new book, which I consider to be the most intricate and ambitious so far", says Brown in a press release.
"The Ultimate Secret", which will be published on September 9, is the sixth novel in the series about Harvard professor and problem solver Robert Langdon.
In a press release, the Book Fair's program director Oskar Ekström notes that Brown is one of the highlights of this year's program:
"Dan Brown is a dream guest for the Book Fair. His stories have drawn in eager new readers into the world of books and sparked discussions about symbolism, belief systems, and scientific curiosity".
The Book Fair takes place on September 25–28.
