In the report, Daimler Truck says it expects an adjusted operating profit of 3.2–3.7 billion euros. This compares with an average forecast among analysts of 3.9 billion euros, according to Bloomberg.
The sales forecast of EUR 42–46 billion for the industrial operations is also below expectations, which are EUR 47 billion.
The forecast does not include the potential impact of supply chain disruptions and market headwinds resulting from the escalating Middle East conflict.
For the fourth quarter of 2025, Daimler Truck reports an adjusted operating profit of 780 million euros, compared to an expected 741 million euros. The profit for the Mercedes-Benz car brand was 391 million euros on sales of 5.6 billion euros.
