Dadgostar now has to vote again on election day and is therefore "really upset" with the Election Authority.
"This looks really bad," she tells the newspaper.
Early voting may have gone wrong in 50 municipalities, according to the Election Authority, which has published a list of the polling stations and times that may have been affected.
Among the municipalities on the list are Gävle, Helsingborg, Jönköping and the V leader's home municipality of Stockholm.
"Now that I'm going through the long list of municipalities that could be affected by this, Rinkeby pops up, where I was and voted with a large group of people. This risks undermining confidence in the entire electoral system," she says.
