The two teams have met in the final before, most recently in 2023, and then it was Dackarna who took home the victory.
Ahead of Tuesday's decider, the Ducks had a narrow advantage after winning the first game last week by 47-43.
But Västervik, who finished second in the regular season, started strongly in the first two heats and quickly caught up.
After that, Dackarna and Västervik kept pace and the final was decided after one heat. After the first, it was still even, but in the second Dackarna pulled the longest straw and took the Swedish Championship gold after a huge upset.
"If nothing extraordinary happens, this could be my last gold. I was thinking of quitting after the season, we'll see," Tomas H Jonasson tells SVT.
