A 65-year-old man has died after being hit by a truck when he was cycling on county road 205 in Askersund at half past four on Friday.
The cyclist was on the county road and was hit by the truck, then we will investigate what led to the person being hit, more than that we do not know at present, says the police's press spokesperson Sophia Jiglind.
The police have initiated a preliminary investigation into causing another person's death. No one is suspected of a crime.
