The increase comes after the government set the price base amount for 2027 at SEK 59,600.
Starting next year, students who receive full student funding will receive SEK 13,684 for four weeks of study. The grant will increase by SEK 28 while the loan will increase by SEK 64.
The limit for the free amount, what students can earn before their study funds are reduced, is also increased by SEK 775 to SEK 115,451 for 20 weeks of full-time studies.
