The Administrative Court in Karlstad has decided that the Transport Agency must consider Tesla's request to provide registration plates in a way other than through Postnord.
"Since Tesla's request concerns the meaning of a statutory obligation, it was wrong of the Transport Agency to reject the request without considering it in substance", says Maria Arnljots, judge in a press release.
Tesla was rejected all the way up to the Supreme Court, but proceeded to the Administrative Court. The background is that the unions have imposed a blockade on the postal companies that send the plates to the American electric car company.
