The background is that the trade unions Seko and ST have imposed a blockade on the postal companies to send out the signs to Tesla.
This is a matter of trade union sympathy actions, as IF Metall and Tesla do not agree that collective agreements should be signed.
The Court of Appeal follows the line of the District Court and establishes that Tesla's application is identical to the lawful industrial action that the trade unions Seko and ST are carrying out.
"An approval of Tesla's action would mean a violation of the protection that the Instrument of Government gives to industrial actions in the labor market", writes the Svea Court of Appeal in a press release.
