The man in his 60s was arrested in a dawn raid in November 2022 in Nacka.
"According to the Court of Appeal, it has not been proven that the man's activities were aimed at obtaining information about the manufacturing methods of products. One can in and of itself assume that he would obtain certain information about companies, but that information does not have the necessary significance for the country's security," says Court of Appeal Councilor Håkan Sellman in a press release.
