A real estate agent at a firm in Alingsås was commissioned to mediate the sale of a house with an initial price of 29.5 million kronor. Håkan Hellström was one of the interested parties in the agent's customer register, but then took personal contact with the property owner, who was acquainted with his father.

The house was sold for 30 million kronor to the artist, just two days after the agreement on sales mediation had expired with the agent, and the sale was made with the help of another agent.

The first agent has reported the incident to the Gothenburg District Court and is now entitled to a commission of 300,000 kronor.

According to the court, the property owner should have understood that Håkan Hellström had learned about the sale through the first agent.
