For the fourth year in a row, SFV is organizing the event “Plats för kärlek”. This year, the wedding venue is Ornässtugan, a red timber building located on a headland on Lake Runn between Borlänge and Falun. The house dates from the 16th century and is best known for its association with the story of Gustav Vasa’s escape through Dalarna.
To be selected to marry in this state-owned building, interested couples must submit an application and tell SFV why they want to be one of the five chosen couples.
SFV provides the wedding venue, an officiant and witnesses, if needed.
