Growth in China's retail trade slowed down somewhat in November, according to the country's national statistics bureau.

Sales increased by 3 percent compared to the same month last year, which is less than expected. It is the lowest growth in three months and significantly lower than October's increase of 4.8 percent. According to a Bloomberg survey, expectations were at 5 percent.

Industrial production, on the other hand, was in line with expectations, with a growth of 5.4 percent.
