The emergency services were called to the stadium on Friday afternoon, but the worker's life could not be saved, Spanish media report. An investigation into the incident has been launched.
The fatality is the first reported at the construction site since renovation work began in June 2023.
The renovation of Camp Nou is expected to be completed in early 2028.
