The death toll from an alleged drone attack on a university has risen, Russian authorities say, the state-run Russian news agency Tass reports.
The governor of the Russian-occupied Luhansk region, Leonid Pasechnik, said rescue work in Starobilsk was ongoing overnight, that the death toll had risen to 10, a total of 48 people had been affected, and that 11 students were still missing.
"Manipulative information is being actively spread by Russian media," the Ukrainian General Staff wrote in a statement, claiming that civilian infrastructure was not attacked - but the headquarters of a Russian military unit.
