It was mainly between Moa Ilar and Emma Ribom about the last spot on the team – but it will be Ribom who gets the chance when Sweden will try to take another gold.
We had a little discussion around the first leg where Moa has been involved, but this time the choice fell on Emma, says national team coach Stefan Thomson.
A new gold would in that case be Sweden's fifth out of five possible on the women's side in this year's World Championship.
We will be humble, but this time we're going for gold. The girls are in agreement. But we take one leg at a time and do our job, then we'll see how far it takes us, says Thomson.
The relay, 4x7.5 kilometers, has been rescheduled and starts at 13.15 on Friday instead of 14.00.
