Juventus sacked Igor Tudor after the defeat to Lazio at the weekend. The team is only in seventh place in Serie A, six points behind leaders Napoli and Roma.
Earlier this week, Italian Sky Sports reported that Spalletti would take over Juventus and it has been noted that he has a Napoli tattoo that he got after leading the team to the 2022–2023 league title.
Luciano Spalletti was most recently the national team captain for Italy, but was fired from that job in June after a loss to Norway in World Cup qualifying.
