It is now clear that centre-back Edvin Kurtulus is leaving Hammarby for Bulgarian Ludogorets Razgrad.

It was two and a half years and a total of 66 Allsvenskan matches in "Bajen" for Kurtulus, who during his time at the club also managed to make his debut in the Swedish national team.

"It has been a great honour to have been able to play for this utterly fantastic club", says the 24-year-old to Hammarby's website.

There, Hammarby's sports director Mikael Hjelmberg also comments on the transfer:

"In my opinion, Edvin has established himself as one of the best defenders in Allsvenskan. There has been interest in Edvin for a longer period, and his ambition has been to move abroad".
