All traffic from Grillby and in the direction of Enköping was closed off on Friday morning after a collision between two trucks.
Just before 10 am, the traffic was released again, according to information on the police's website.
After the collision, one person was transported by ambulance helicopter to hospital with serious injuries. Another person was taken by ambulance to hospital with unclear injuries, according to the police.
The cause of the accident is still not investigated.
