A man has been killed in an Israeli attack on the occupied West Bank, according to the Palestinian health department. The terrorist-stamped Islamic Jihad identifies him as one of the group's commanders.
Five more people were injured in the attack, according to the health department.
According to the Palestinian news agency Wafa, the attack was carried out with a drone.
Israel's military states in a statement that they hit an apartment used by "wanted terrorists", and accuses the deceased man of being directly involved in shootings and other attacks against civilians and Israeli forces.
