A judge in Colombia has temporarily barred President Abelardo de la Espriella and the army from bombing guerrillas in the country if there may be minors at the scene.
The decision comes after at least three teenagers were killed in such bombings in the Guaviare region and will remain in effect until the judge decides whether the bombings violate the children's fundamental rights.
