Coldplay writes itself into history with its world tour "Music of the Spheres World Tour". According to Guinness record book, the number of sold tickets – 10.3 million – sets a new record.
However, Coldplay has not yet managed to beat Taylor Swift in terms of how much money the tour has generated. Swift leads the money race against the British band, having earned approximately 23 billion kronor for her "The Eras Tour".
Coldplay's tour continues, however, during 2025, which means that there is still a chance to reach Swift's figures.
On 25-26/1, Coldplay drew 223,000 spectators to a concert weekend in Ahmedabad, India, also a record, according to Guinness record book.
