The non-profit organization receives the award for its "passionate commitment to children affected by humanitarian disasters, and with playfulness and clown noses, Clowns Without Borders works entirely in the spirit of Suzanne Osten," the motivation reads.
The prize is 10,000 kronor and is awarded annually by a jury. The prize is sponsored by the Unga Klaras vänförening (Young Klaras Friends Association).
Suzanne Osten passed away in 2024.
