The flower wholesaler Euroflorist is experiencing tougher economic times for its customers. During the period April-June, the operating loss increased to almost 12.8 million kronor compared to 11.2 million kronor during the same period last year.
The net sales increased marginally at the same time, from just over 161 million kronor to 162 million.
"Despite signs of an improvement in the macroeconomic climate and inflation development, the market development is still uncertain, which has an impact on the customer's wallet. The demand for online bouquets is weaker than in previous years in many of our markets", writes CEO Magnus Silfverberg in connection with the report.
