Clas Ohlson's retail chain reports an increased sales and profit for the fourth quarter.
In connection with the fourth quarter's balance sheet, the company reports a net turnover of 2.3 billion kronor, an increase of 8 percent compared to the same period the previous year.
The operating profit landed at the same time at 109 million kronor, compared to 65 million kronor the same quarter last year. A dividend proposal is to be 7 kronor per share, which was slightly higher than what the market had expected.
"We have had a good start to the new business year with an organic sales increase in May of 8 percent. This means that we have had a strong growth for 25 months in a row," writes CEO Kristofer Tonström in the balance sheet.
