Claes Malmberg, 64, was freed from prostate cancer after an operation about four years ago. In Rickard Olsson's podcast, he says that the disease can be stopped – only slowed down, writes Expressen.

He assures that he will medicate to slow down the disease, but that he is hesitant to start.

To keep the disease in check, you have to lower testosterone levels. Then I see myself undergoing some kind of involuntary sex change. I see myself as aunt Claes who will come out with a hat on my head and a small handbag, he says in the podcast.

He calls the thoughts "insanity" but simultaneously expresses concern over other side effects.

It can affect concentration ability and such things. That's what I'm more afraid of. I have a job and a tempo in my way of playing, which I need.
