"It is with great passion and enthusiasm that I enter into the assignment," Nobin says in a press release.
The 47-year-old, who began his career as a classical singer, regularly collaborates with the major orchestras and opera houses in Scandinavia. Between 2024 and 2025, he was program director at the Musikaliska kvarteret in Stockholm.
Internationally, he has performed with the London Symphony Orchestra and at the Metropolitan Opera in New York.
