Three leaders from Russia also received approval from the federation.
Four of the skiers compete in freestyle, and the fifth in alpine. The leaders are active in alpine and cross-country skiing.
Since the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) decision to allow Russian and Belarusian athletes to participate in FIS competitions, 26 active athletes have now been granted neutral status and approval to compete. 20 leaders have been approved as neutral.
The skaters will compete under a neutral flag and without a national anthem.
The requirements for approval by FIS include that they must not have any voluntary connection to the Russian army or have expressed support for Russia's war of invasion in Ukraine.
