The 26-year-old right-back will play for Høj Elite in the Danish second division.
"I hope that after a long injury period I can come back and play handball at the level I have previously been able to," he tells Høj's website.
Chrintz has suffered three cruciate ligament injuries in the same knee since 2022. And since 2024, he has not played at all.
He has previously played for IFK Kristianstad and Füchse Berlin.
