China's GDP Growth Boosts Asian Stock Markets

Asian stock exchanges start the trading week upwards after the announcement that China's GDP is increasing.

The country's GDP has increased by 4.8 percent during the third quarter compared to a year ago, reports CNBC. It is in line with what the analysts had counted on.

After the message, the Japanese Nikkei 225 index had increased as much as 2.9 percent. The broader Topix index also rose, by 2.0.

Shenzhen adds 1.4 percent while Shanghai climbs 0.9 percent. Hong Kong-based Hang Seng increases 2.5 percent.
