China denies allegations that the country is delivering weapons to any of the parties in the Ukraine war. The statement comes after Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyj on Thursday accused the country of delivering weapons to Russia.
The Chinese side has never provided lethal weapons to any party in the conflict, and strictly controls dual-use items, says Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian.
Zelenskyj's allegations were made at a press conference in Kyiv on Thursday. According to him, the information about the arms deliveries came from the Ukrainian security service and included, among other things, gunpowder and artillery.
