China has imposed tariffs of up to 42.7 percent on certain dairy products from the EU. This follows an investigation conducted in the fall of 2024, which, according to China, showed that exports of, among other things, fresh and processed cheese have been subsidized.
The investigation itself has been questioned by the EU.
