The mother describes to the radio that it was against the children's will to strip naked and that it had a negative impact on them. Together with the father, she has filed both a police report and a complaint with the Swedish Ombudsman (JO).
The local correctional officer says that sometimes there can be special reasons for doing what is called a superficial body search and that the regulations do not differentiate between children and adults. The incident will be investigated.
