Last fall, the 23-year-old placed a live hand grenade near an apartment where a man he had threatened lives, writes VLT.

Some children found it and played with it for several days before it was discovered to be a hand grenade.

On a later occasion, the 23-year-old threw a hand grenade through the window of the apartment in question, but it never exploded.

The 23-year-old has now been sentenced to seven years in prison for, among other charges, aggravated unlawful threats and a felony under the Flammable and Explosive Goods Act, local media report. He will also pay a total of just over 300,000 kronor to the victims.
