A boy in his teens has been bitten in the head by a dog in a villa area in Linköping.
The police were alerted to the incident at 18.20 on Good Friday.
The boy has received medical attention. I do not know the extent of the injuries, but there is nothing to suggest that they will be serious, says the police's regional command officer Linus Maxe.
The police are still working on the case and have not yet come up with a possible crime classification.
The dog is under control. You do not need to be worried that there is a dog running loose in the area and biting people, says Maxe.
