Child Falls from Diving Tower in Central Sweden Bath Accident

A child has fallen from a diving tower at a bath in central Sweden, reports Nerikes Allehanda.

It was a boy in the age of 8–10 years who is supposed to have fallen from the three-meter diving tower, but not down towards the water, but in the wrong direction and down to the hard floor. How the accident occurred is unclear, possibly he slipped, says the head of the unit for the bath to the newspaper.

The child is supposed to have been conscious, but bled from the head when he was taken to hospital by ambulance.
