British inflation is falling. Interest rates are now expected to be lowered. The pound will therefore become cheaper.

UK inflation fell to 3.2 percent in November, the lowest annual rate of price increase in eight months. That was lower than expected and paves the way for the Bank of England to continue cutting interest rates next year, according to analysts.

As a result, the pound weakened, including against the Swedish krona. One pound now costs 12.43 kronor, compared to nearly 12.60 a few weeks ago.
