A tragic incident rocked Saturday's Championship match between Charlton and Portsmouth. Play was stopped just 12 minutes into the match after a person in the stands fell ill.
Charlton now confirms that the supporter has died as a result of the incident.

The supporter received immediate treatment at the scene before being taken to hospital, where his life could not be saved. Charlton further writes that their thoughts now go out to the family and relatives of the deceased.
