The vandalism occurred outside Turning Point USA's headquarters three days after the one-year anniversary of Kirk's death.
A nearby memorial plaque was also vandalised, with the name Jesus crossed out. TPUSA says it is reviewing surveillance footage and is cooperating with police.
Charlie Kirk's widow, Erika Kirk, writes on X: "They thought a bullet would silence my husband's voice, but it only made it louder." She promises that the statue will be restored.
