Five men will be prosecuted following the high-profile murder of a 39-year-old man who was shot dead in a pedestrian tunnel in Skärholmen in southern Stockholm this spring.
An 18-year-old man has been detained for murder since April.
The other four are not in custody. In addition to murder, the suspicions include aggravated weapons offenses, aggravated harboring of a criminal, and accessory to aggravated harboring of a criminal.
A press conference will be held on Thursday in connection with the indictment, according to the Prosecution Authority.
The background to the murder of the 39-year-old on April 10 this year is said to have been a confrontation with a group of youths at the tunnel. The man's son was also present at the scene when the murder took place.
