The prosecutor is ready to bring charges for the murder of a 14-year-old girl in Landskrona last summer. Prosecutor Pernilla Nilsson states in an email that it will happen on Monday.
Two teenage girls are suspected of having committed the murder. Charges will be brought against the older of them, who is 15 years old. The younger murder suspect is only 13 years old and therefore not criminally responsible.
A request for a waiver of immunity against the 13-year-old will be submitted to the Lund District Court, for the court to be able to try the issue of guilt.
The 14-year-old girl was found dead in an industrial area in Landskrona on the night of Tuesday, July 23.
