Debutant Manchester United, who have recruited Fridolina Rolfö for this season, will take on among others Lyon, Wolfsburg, Paris SG and Juventus.
Teams 1-4 in the league play advance directly to the quarterfinals, teams 5-12 play playoff while the six worst clubs have finished playing.
The premiere round is on October 7 and the last round is played on December 17. A total of 54 matches are played.
No Swedish club managed to qualify for the league play.
