The plane skidded off the runway at Miami International Airport, the FAA said.
The plane is on what appears to be a grassy slope next to a road inside the airport area. There are no reports of injuries.
The plane, a Boeing 767, came from Puerto Rico and was carrying goods for Amazon, according to CNN.
All runways at the airport are closed, the television channel reports.
