The man worked as a care worker, and the crimes were allegedly committed against a minor who was placed at the facility.
The man is charged with aggravated rape of a child, aggravated rape and child sexual abuse material.
"The plaintiff and the suspect are said to have met at this residence and the assaults were then committed, both inside and outside the residence," Magnus Lindgren at the police says in a statement.
In addition to the man, two other men, aged 45 and 35, are being charged with aggravated protection of a criminal.
