Person Hospitalized After Rear-End Collision with Timber Truck in Västergötland

One person has been taken to hospital after colliding with a timber truck in Marks municipality in Västergötland, reports the rescue service. According to the police, there is no information that anyone is seriously injured.

According to the first alarm reports, a head-on collision had occurred, but it was not true.

It is a passenger car that has collided with a timber truck from behind, says Anders Vikström at the rescue service to TT at 18.30 on Monday.

One person has been taken to hospital after being taken out from the car from behind by the rescue service and ambulance. No one else is said to be injured.

The alarm about the accident, which occurred at Sätila, came at 17.20.
