The prize is awarded by photographer Lars Tunbjörk's foundation and is the foundation's first archive scholarship. The scholarship will be used for a trip to Borås to study Lars Tunbjörk's contact sheets, the foundation writes in a press release.
Photographer Jon Laytner was born in 1988 and works with an analog medium format camera and copies his images in a darkroom.
