Shea Theodore, who normally plays for the NHL club Vegas, injured his wrist or forearm when he was tackled into the boards by the Swede Adrian Kempe in the premiere of the Four Nations in Bell Centre in Montreal.
Kempe had no idea that he had injured the Canadian.
I don't even remember the tackle, to be honest. So I'll have to look at it afterwards, says the Swede.
Canada won the match 4–3 after overtime. It is unclear how long Theodore will be out.
